Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Perfect Msg. By creating an account, you represent that you are authorized to act for the business you register and that the information you submit is accurate.
Lawful use
You may contact only recipients for whom you have valid, documented consent appropriate to the message type. You must honor opt-outs immediately, follow quiet hours, identify the sender, and comply with the TCPA, CTIA guidance, carrier rules, privacy laws, and other rules that apply to you.
Purchased, scraped, rented, or harvested contact lists are prohibited. Content involving fraud, phishing, illegal goods, hate, exploitation, or deceptive lead generation is prohibited.
Carrier services and charges
Perfect Msg uses third-party carriers and infrastructure providers. Registration, number rental, voice, messages, surcharges, and subscription fees may be non-refundable once incurred. Delivery is not guaranteed and carriers may filter, delay, or reject traffic.
Suspension
We may pause traffic or suspend an account to protect recipients, carriers, the platform, or other customers; to investigate complaints; or when payment, identity, or compliance requirements are not satisfied.
Your data
You retain responsibility for your contact data and message content. You grant Perfect Msg the limited right to process that data to operate, secure, and support the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect Msg disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the prior three months.
